Passes & Pricing

• All passes are for in person attendance.
• We no longer offer digital passes, but everyone who buys a conference pass will have post-event online access to all the sessions their pass covers.
• All conference passes except Audio will let you into any session happening on that day.
• Expo only passes do not include lunch.
• Micro Indie, Student and Academic passes are already priced very competitively, so unfortunately we cannot accept any discount codes when booking these passes.
• Discount codes can be applied to all other pass types.
• We reserve the right to refuse to issue a Micro Indie, Student or Academic pass if we believe that you don’t genuinely meet the criteria.
• All prices exclude VAT.
• Speakers and sessions may be subject to change.
• Meet@Develop is an online networking tool which all registered visitors can use before the event and onsite to contact each other and set up meetings in a meeting zone within the event on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Conference delegates can book up to 24 meetings across the 3 days, Expo only visitors up to 4 meetings, Expo + visitors up to 8 meetings and Expo ++ up to 12 meetings, Expo +++ visitors up to 16 meetings.

All payments made through this website will be to Tandem Events and will show on your credit card statement as "Tandem Events".

DISCLAIMERS:

Tandem Events endeavours to ensure that the information it provides through this website is accurate and accepts no liability for any errors and omissions. It is your responsibility to check your passes as errors need to be reported as soon as possible and cannot always be rectified. We cannot be held responsible for any passes that are lost, stolen or damaged and replacement passes may incur a fee.
The event organisers or venue maintain the right to alter or vary the programme due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control without being obliged to offer refunds or exchanges.

BOOKINGS:

Once your booking has been received via the online booking system, we will contact you to verify the details and confirm the booking. Fast-track passes will be sent to all delegates enabling them to skip the queues at the check-in desks on the day. The fast-track passes will only be valid on the day, if the booking has been paid for in full and the tickets have not been reassigned. The fast-track passes do not constitute proof of purchase. Anyone arriving without their fast track pass will be required to show some form of ID to gain entrance to the event.

CURRENCY:

All prices quoted on this website are shown in UK Sterling (British Pounds). VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) unless otherwise stated.

PAYMENTS:

Full payment must be made at the time of booking by credit or debit card. If you wish to pay by any other method please contact the office.

CANCELLATIONS:

1. Substitutions can be made at any time in writing to: [email protected]
2. 50% + VAT will be charged for cancellations received on or before 9 June 2025
3. 100% + VAT will be charged for cancellations received after 9 June 2025

MICRO INDIE PASSES:

Micro Indie Passes are only available for development studios or small businesses with 4 or fewer employees. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a Micro Indie Pass if we believe that you don't genuinely meet the criteria.
